What a dream
We absolutely loved our time at this slope-side lodge! The location is top notch; so convenient!! Literally steps to the ski run. The house had everything we needed. The owners have a fantastic and comprehensive guidebook for the house and your stay that basically answers any questions you’d have. Check-in/check-out was super easy and the owner is very responsive. The kids loved all the games, especially the mini basketball hoops/game, so fun! We can’t wait to book again.

Great stay for large group!
We had a great stay for our large group! Fast and easy communication with the owner. We had a total of nine adults and it was a perfect home to accommodate all of us-being a four bed/4 bath home. Three adults slept downstairs in the basement that had 2 bunk beds with full beds at the bottom and twins on top, and they were very comfortable, The remaining three bedrooms had very comfy king/queen beds. We appreciated having the loft and basement entertainment center, so we could have some people watching tv in the main floor living room, while others played chess upstairs and others conversed in the basement living area. The large dining table had seating for six and the kitchen island had additional seating for two. We were pleasantly surprised with the ‘side game room’ that had two basketball hoops like you see at carnivals. Although we didn’t use them, they also had sleds in the garage. It was beautiful views from the main floor and loft, and it was a manageable walk from the home direct to #4/Navajo ski lift (you can actually see the ski lift from one of the windows). We didn’t need snow chains to drive up to the garage and they plow the streets as needed, so it was easy to drive up to the house. I’ve already recommended the rental home to a friend and hope to rent the property again next year. What a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Perfect Ski-in/Ski-out Location
This house is perfect -- plenty of supplies, easy access to the bottom of the Fremont run under the Navajo lift. This is our second time staying here, and we could not be happier.

Winter Paradise
We had a great time at your beautiful cabin. Our adult kids loved the ski in ski out option. There was plenty of room for puzzles, games, eating and watching tv. We had a gorgeous snowstorm while we were there. Just what our family needed!

Second year here.
It was our second year staying at the home. There were some nice upgrades done to the cabin between our stays. We stay at several VRBOs each year on various vacations or travel and this one was well cleaned, appointed, and Scott is a responsive and great host!

Wow!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The property was absolutely gorgeous, a true ski-in, ski-out. We had young kids with us so it was nice to be able to have easy access to the house and slopes. We loved the chalet style windows we could watch the snow falling outside from. The kids loved the double bunk beds and basketball game. The kitchen was so well stocked, way more than we were anticipating or that we’ve had with other places. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay great and even checked in on when we arrived and left to make sure we were safe (so much snow!). We didn’t want to leave! Scott- you have made repeat customers out of us! Thanks for everything!

Winter Wonderland
This was our second time staying in this beautiful house and it was even better than we remembered. It was perfect and spacious. We are enjoyed home cooked meals, afternoon sledding and some fun ski days with tons of snow. The location to the mountain was key and made for some easy ski in/ski out access.

Great ski cabin
Best ski in/out property at Brian head. This house has a nice kitchen right off the great room and a large kitchen table for meals together. New carpet and bunk beds for the kids. The double garage was nice to have for a ski locker and the sledding for the kids was right out front. This house checks all the boxes and is a great place to stay on the mountain.

Great location close to the slopes
Stayed here for a week with friends and family. Great location close to the ski resort. The house is comfortable in a quiet cul de sac and our kids enjoyed being outside in the snow. The owner was great about communicating with our group before and during our stay.

Great ski in/out
We had a great stay. The house was great and accommodated our group of 4 adults and 5 children well. It is less than 100 yards from the garage to the ski slope! We had some difficulty with the Wi-Fi but the owner was responsive and worked to resolve the issue. Some issues with satellite tv also due to several days of snow. Overall the property was great and we had a wonderful time. Hope to stay again!

There are five of us in our family and this cabin had plenty of room with ample elbow room to spare. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the snowboarding 50ft maybe from the door. Definitely would stay again.

On the Slopes with Ease
This was a perfect family friendly home! Two families we’re together with varying age ranges and the older teens were able leave from the house right to the slopes without waiting for younger siblings to be ready. Being able to come back from the slopes for snacks, lunch, and dinner was so convenient! Then the house was clean and cozy plus it had all the necessities a family needs. We highly recommend and will stay again!

Awesome property. The house was large and having 4 bedrooms (including den) allowed the family to have their own spaces. Most well stocked place I’ve ever rented. The pre-visit app was great & explained what they had & didn’t so you can minimize your packing. You can literally walk out garage to path right onto a run- couldn’t be more convenient and is true ski in, ski out. Great communication with owner. Would love to come back in the future.

Awesome Location
This cabin was a perfect fit for our group of 12. We had three families and all of the kids slept in the bunk room on the lower level. The location was fantastic, right on one of the green runs. Once at the bottom you can take the Navajo lift up and head down the back side to access Giant Steps. We would definitely come back to stay again, we may just need a bigger house because all of our friends saw how great of a time we had, and want to join us next time.

When can we go again?
We loved our stay. Thank you for renting your amazing ski in ski out cabin. I would recommend this cabin to ANYONE, especially families. Quick access to the slopes and a clean warm cabin. We will definitely be visiting again!

Very nice clean place. Near the slopes. Ski in and ski out. Communication with the owners was fast and easy. They were very responsive. Slept all 10 of us fine even with kids. Would recommend if you want a great place to stay in Brian Head.

The home home had everything that we needed to make this a great ski trip. Plenty of space for everyone and a great downstairs room for the kids to hang out in. The location was the best part right off one of the runs at Navajo. Being able to ski in and out for lunch and to take breaks was amazing. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and made check in/out as easy as possible. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect Cabin for Two Families
We had an AMAZING visit. The cabin was so clean, and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 8-13). Being able to park both cars in the garage was great considering all the snow we got! Ski-in/ski-out worked well for the more experienced skiers but the novice skiers/snowboarders struggled with it being an ungroomed trail (hard to complain about TOO much powder!) The app provided was very helpful and explained everything in detail, so that we didn’t have any questions. We would for sure stay here again!

Did not miss a single sunrise, just beautiful. Hope Scott our hos and his family enjoy their cabin/mansion, ok Chalet if you want to be picky. Would say if it is 3 couples with children, be ready to flip for the bedrooms. Would suggest you carefully check ski school prices if you have a bunch of beginners or intermediates, might also explain some really horrible falls with snowboarders catching their front edge and doing some awful face plants. Lessons are expensive and no learn to ski week with the same instructor unless you go to private lessons.

Perfect for our family! We had a great stay and a fun time. All the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. We did have a hard time finding sheets etc for the pull out beds, but we found them. The kitchen had all the things we needed. I loved the deck.

Excellent Ski-in/Ski-Out Location
The house is as advertised and the communication with the owner is excellent, they are very responsive. Directly off the driveway from the home, about 25 yards in distance, you can ski directly onto "The Strip" which is a run off of Chair 4. The run is completely accessible for beginners and the trail from the run to the home is also accessible for even small children. I would suggest bringing some some chairs that you would typically take to a soccer game/beach to use in the garage to sit and take off your ski gear. There is only a small bench in the garage to use for taking off gear. Being able to park and access a two-car garage was awesome!
