The staff all around were awesome and accommodating…. At this time of year it was the Mud Season for the Breckenridge Resort Complex and was in partial dormancy…. Still beautiful scenes and snow fun. I have mobility challenges and am a user of an electric wheelchair…. I would love to see more proper wheelchair access and more buttons to open doors as needed. Please research and decide on options to make the facilities and staff more compliant and understanding… Thank you greatly. Jeffrey Holliday.

The staff was fantastic! Always kind and professional. It was clean and beautiful. Very dog friendly but fee for dog per night was more than valet parking.

I stayed here last year and loved it. Could not say the same this year. Elevator/corridors smelled like vomit, the bed was rock hard, and staff was unenergetic. Overall this hotel seems to be due for a remodel very soon.
