"Great location and great price. I had to carry my luggage up 3 sets of steps and that was tricky. The internet did not work in my room, I spoke to the receptionist to let them know, and never got better. We were near the public transit, and heard that all night. Breakfast was limited. "

"Number 31 is a super cute boutique stay. The architecture is incredible and there are many hidden gems around the property. Gorgeous outdoor patio area, Sunken seating room, delicious breakfast and more. The staff are incredibly attentive and made our stay perfect. "

"Great place to sleep in Dublin for a night or two. Room was huge - there were 2 of us but it could have slept 6! It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre which was perfect for exploring and the price was excellent compared to other hotels. It was self-check-in so we didn't see any staff."

"What a charming bed and breakfast! First the friendly staff makes you feel very welcomed to start. Then the clean comfortable spacious room and the lovely bed makes you feel home. And they immediately refresh you with some tea and cake soon after your arrival. The breakfast was lovely, and the swing on the front, the trail behind the house... All wonderful! I also ordered the picnic for the hike, and it had enough to feed four for just the two of us. I would definitely recommend."

"Stephen and Maria were at the door to great us on our arrival which was an an excellent way to make us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. Helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Stephen explained everything about the area, how to get there and the best places to eat. My wife and I felt very comfortable indeed. Excellent breakfast, great way to start the day."

"Perfect location to hop on light rail that will take you right into downtown Dublin, or the train stations. Beautiful cafe area on the first floor perfect for working, or hanging out with friends. And the bathrooms in our room were amazing! high pressured rain shower heads and updated tile floors and wall."
