“Great Hotel and Staff”
Great Modern Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. 5 - 10 minute walk along Danube to central Bratislava or 2 mins in hotel's complimentary Rolls Royce taxi service, nice touch. Rooms large with whisper quiet air conditioning and fantastic bathrooms. Food very good. Would thouroughly recommend it to any visitors to Bratislava.

“Great Stay”
This is a new hotel and the staff tries very hard to please. Room comfort, cleanliness and hotel design are impeccible. Go to the gym/pool on the 11th floor even if you do not work out or swim for the BEST views of the Danube. The entire 11th floor is glass from floor to ceiling! Amazing place to stay!
“Excellent in every way”
This was an excellent hotel in every way. The attention to detail to make the guests feel at thome was brilliant. Staff were very cheerful and helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble. One of the many highlights was the complimentary use of the black Phantom Rolls Royce (one of only 25 made) as a shuttle into town! The fitness suite, sauna and infinity indoor swimming pool were also excellent and just the thing after a day's sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently situated on the Danube river bank just a 15 minute stroll into the Bratislava Old Town. However, it is also very well served by buses and trams which stop virtually outside and use the same tickets. Again the hotel had been very helpful in obtaining for me the Bratislava City ticket in advance and this just had to be validated before use on transport and offering discounts in many restaurants and places of interest. This was a very relaxing and enjoyable break and the kempinski certaily deserves its fine reputation.

it was a great experience. the hotel was very nice, location excellent, breakfast almost perfect... and the phantom at the door at our convenience was too good to be true. would definitely stay in kempinski bratislava next time i go back to slovakia
“Great Hotel With Excellent Service!”
The hotel staff was very friendly and warm. The breakfast was fantastic. The car service to the old town was helpful. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. I would certainly stay at this property again!
