"The rooms are basic, but very clean and well maintained. There are two buildings, but they only serve breakfast in one of them, and on the second floor. So it can be inconvenient if you are in the "wrong" building. There is an overall lack of parking. If you arrive late, it can be difficult to get a space."

"No wash cloths provided in our room. The bed was the worst i think i have ever slept on. It was clean and had nice covers and pillows, but that did not help the fact that the mattress was so uncomfortable that i woke up with a horrible backache. I had to get my husband to help me out of the bed. It took a long time for the pain to subside. The second night was no better. The staff person in the lobby was friendly and helpful during check in. But we had no interaction with anyone else. "

"The suites were amazing, the trees at the back of our patio kept us cool. The sidewalk leading to a bridge with fish, frogs, turtles and a skunk were adorable. We all felt safe while at the resort. The associates were friendly. I didn't care much for resort fees per night, then $200 placed on hold throughout the entire stay was a bit much. Recommend, just make a copy of your credit card. Anyway, it was a great getaway."
