Great property, it’s close to the beach, restaurants, checking in and out very easy (all done via text and phone). The beach across the street is beautiful. Definitely coming back.

Super cute and very convenient to Bridge St and beach. Could use a bit more shelving/hooks as it’s a tight space.

Great location. Our room was spacious. The bathroom is large, but the open shower concept does not work.

This property is right near the action on bridge street. The bed was comfortable. The management responded quickly when we needed cups for our coffee maker. If you have little kids this is a nice place to stay for a warm pool and access to the beach and restaurants. Things that could use improvement: it was obvious there were several people coming into the property for a dip that were not staying at the hotel. There is no security to the pool area and it seems those coming here before it was rehabbed know that. Families of 5-6 with kids just walzed in a spent a couple hours swimming. That’s not right when other have paid a ton of money to stay here.

Very convenient location to shopping, dining and the beach. Quaint. Very nice pool and pool grounds. Giant smart TV's, very comfortable bed. Had a sitting area with a sofa that was quite stained. Needed a floor lamp, ceiling lights are blindingly bright for watching TV. Water pressure was low and hot water slow in arriving. Self-service check-in link was defective, delaying check-in 30 minutes. Rate it as 3.75 Stars

Little Inn Gives Me a Big Smile
I love staying at this little motel-inn. Always very clean. Spacious rooms. Nice pool and grounds. Great location for walking to beach, intercoastal, shops & restaurants. I just stayed again in Feb. with my friend from MA and she loved it too!

We were pleased to see that this property exceeded our expectations. Newly updated and very spacious. We had daily towel exchange and chairs for the beach while we were there. The property management was quick to respond to text messaging. Very convenient to AMI nightlife and beach. Would definitely staying here again.

Was just renovated, including the pool and small artificial turf area to relax with a grill, corn hole, seating, etc. You can walk to everything. Staff was very personable and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back again.

Newly remodeled in trendy white with black trim. Amazing pool & hot tub! Walkable to restaurants, shops, beach and historic pier. We would stay again.

Very clean, comfortable bed and bedding. Big hot tub and heated pool that were clean and easy access. My only complaint was some confusion about the office being at a separate location, but staff was polite and helpful in solving that. Added bonus that they are pet friendly ( additional fees)

This is a great property; however, we have been visiting the island for 20 years, and we decided to give a new business a try. Could not get in our room because door code world not work, and when we repeatedly called the number, the extension for emergency check in did not even exist. It was Xmas night at 8:00pm. No one answered. Did not get a call back until 11:30pm. Had already made alternate sleeping arrangements, and they did not offer to pay for any inconvenience! Only offered to compensate the night that we obviously COULD NOT get into room! DUH! Poor business practice! Plenty of other places on the island, which would offer extended recompense due to the circumstances. Disappointed to say the least. We will go back to our old faithfuls who take care of us.

The pool and hot tub were great. Room clean and spacious. The noise from the air/heating unit outside the bedroom window was so loud that we had difficulty falling asleep. That was unfortunate. Otherwise the place was nice.

Great location
Yes Check in was good however we could not get into our room for 40 minutes after we checked in: door code would not work; the phone number on card provided us did not work. I had to call the emergency after hours number and they transferred us to get a voicemail. I did get a call back in a reasonable time. We needed to then use the key; which was inconvenient for our party of 3 had to stay together with only one key. The TV in the bedroom would turn on and off intermittently by itself in the middle of the night! At least 6 times. The light in the living room would do the same! It was like the cottage was haunted, clearly a wiring issue. The AC UNIT was very dirty and this to shut off in the middle of the night. Location was wonderful and the rest of the unit was very clean.

This is my first time on Anna Maria Island. The area is super charming, authentic and not an ounce or touristy junk to be found. The property itself is authentic and not trying to over sell. Staff could not be any better. Overall, this ain’t The Ritz, but I LOVE it!

We found some bed bugs on the bed and that was not pretty nice. All the rest was ok, but if I'm being charged for a such a cleaning fee, the less I want to find are bed bugs on the bed. I think I should be refund by the cleaning fee as this didn't was the best cleaning place. I'll wait for your answer before I do my public online review.
