“Best aspect of hotel = restaurant”
Nice hotel, excellent location for Burgas/beach/centre & shops/train and bus services on the doorstep. Good modern fittings, a lot of money invested in this hotel. Staff on reception very good, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Room good, good fitments, except no plug in sink! Air con unable to regulate effectively. Very clean cant fault them on anything except wanted to charge us quite a high figure for staying three hours longer (i.e. flight timings etc.,) hotel occupancy low so thought it was very mean indeed. Was in Hungary week before in similar standard hotel, asked for an extension to stay again due to flight times, no charge no problem! Best part of the stay was definitely the Restaurant - excellent service, lovely waiters, the food and menu were absolutely excellent, innovative, well displayed, well served, attentive but not overly. Good value for money, nice views from restaurant, enjoyed that part the best. Would recommend to anyone.
“Not for people who don't smoke”
The main problem with my stay at this hotel was the lack of non-smoking rooms. Apparently they were full and I had no choice but to stay in a smoking room. It was a terrible experience and I couldn't wait to leave. So I suppose if you are a smoker, this hotel is for you. Otherwise, you may be out of luck.
