We LOVED the fact that the Subway station was right behind the hotel for ease of getting in and out of Boston. We also loved the fact that we were RIGHT on the beach with delicious places to eat right next door.

The property itself is decent but the staff is an issue. They seemed very rude both at breakfast and when I requested a room upgrade. They lied to me that they did not have a better room available when clearly I was able to go online and able to book the room I wanted.

The view was wonderful, you are steps away from the beach. Public transportation is connected to the parking for the hotel. Parking was not free, but $15 a night was not bad for that area I did not like the fact that had to keep on asking For towels, even in the pool area and toilet paper for the room. The wait for those items when I quickly and I just thought for what I paid for the room it should’ve been a little bit more luxurious, and everybody should’ve been on top of our amenities The room was spacious and clean

I really like how modern and updated the entire hotel, rooms included are. However, I was not at all impressed that they clean the room every two days, especially bigger rooms that accommodate six people like the one we booked. Washroom is amazing. love the walk-in shower however, all the supplies there were empty and were not refilled during our stay. Housekeeping, staff interaction on the corridor, was not all pleasant. They were quite rude and declined to speak English to us. A couple of towels for five people was not at all enough. We had to keep requesting towels. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and the springs were quite pokey. The breakfast area was subpar, compared to other less expensive jeans. There were no boiled eggs, no fruits, or yoghurt every day. All in all great property, great location, they seriously need to work on their staff and amenities.

It was so quiet and peaceful at night and the property's restaurant was amazing! It had a beautiful view, a great atmosphere, and wonderful food and drinks I highly recommend it.

Stayed in a king with pull out couch. You can feel the springs on the mattress. Not comfortable for 4 people. I suggest getting two queen size beds. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs and links were not cooked well. Limited selection of food. Only great thing was the pool and nice view of the ocean.

Very nice and beautiful ocean view hotel. Rooms are very clean. You have to inform them 24 hours advance for House keeping/ room cleaning. They should have coffee available in lobby. All day .

Spent 3 nights and got to the hotel past midnight . Check in process was easy and effective Only 2 suggestions - need to have an electrical chargers for electrical cars ( I had to drive around to find ) they offer very limited towels regardless my ask to have additional ones . Perfect location , close to the airport . Will definitely stay there again

This is a wonderful Hotel!!! We had a room with a beautiful beach view. Very kid friendly with a pool. The bathroom in the pool area could have been a bit cleaner but overall our stay was fantastic!!!

After a long day of travel we arrived at 2:00 in the morning just as they were running a computer audit. The computer was down for fifteen minutes. The staff was quick once the computers came back up and gave us a really nice room with a great view. Breakfast was okay but they didn't provide enough food for the whole breakfast time. And then the staff was putting away the food as people were trying to get breakfast right at the close.

The perfect spot to stay for your trip to Boston!! We have stayed in Boston many times and found this hotel to be just as if not more convenient but more laid back than staying within the city. We loved seeing the ocean and having the beach right across the street and the T immediately behind the hotel. We took it all over the city and came back at the end of the day to enjoy a meal in the hotel restaurant which was one of the best we have ever been to! Are there two nights in a row. Our room was big enough and nicely laid out for 5 of us and everyone was exceptionally friendly and kind. We will definitely stay here again!

I'd like to start with the front desk and Jennifer in particular was amazing this review is for room 601 Stayed 6 nights got one and a half room tidies I never saw them sweep common hallways while I was there . I checked out with them at 3:00 a.m. they said thank you for staying .....several hours later they sent me a bill for $90 for parking of course I didn't have a car while I was there. now to their credit I called them and they fixed it

The hotel is nice and beautiful. Beautiful views of the ocean. Right by the blue line to travel to the city and other sites. However could use better pillows on the bed. There's good restaurants near by but if you don't have a car there's isn't a lot in walking distance. Most of the entertainment is in the Boston area. Over all a nice property.

The property is on the beach, makes for perfect views and photos. The hotel is modern and clean. I checked in early morning so I can't speak on noise or hotel traffic. The concirge was pleasant and allowed fast check in. I would recommend staying here. This hotel has a highly recommended (via TikTok) restaurant (Mission Beach House) on site.

Our room was clean upon arrival, but we stayed two nights and nothing was replaced (coffee, towels, etc...) for our second night. We called the front desk to ask for linens for the pull out bed and waited almost two hours (and multiple calls to the front desk). We stayed here due to the pool and the pool ended up being closed 2/3 of the days we were there. I requested a partial refund and was told "yes" by management and that they'd pass that along to expedia, but haven't received it and cannot find a way to communicate with expedia?
