Super clean, friendly & helpful staff and a nice selction of foods for breakfast! Even though it's 13 miles from downtown plan on a 40 minute drive with Boston traffic. Ugh!

The decorations theme honoring the history of the town as clock town is very intriguing. Overall the staff are prompt, courteous and the breakfast was excellent but in options and delicious

The promise of 24/7 coffee was disappointing. It was all cold on Sunday morning and reception said nothing could be done until food prep staff came in. Don't offer coffee 24/7 if you can't deliver. It was one of the reasons I picked the spot (I'm a very early riser).

Staying at this hotel for the second week in a row. Nice staff, descent breakfast, free parking, clean & spacious room, and many dining options around, but only very few within walking distance. I’d stay here again

The property was fine. I had a room away from 95 (215) so that was a plus. Negatives were the “dinner”, as it was microwaveable, not good, and no microwave in my room so had to microwave it in common area and take back to my room. There is no hairdryer in the room, which wasn’t great. Close to Mass General which was the main reason I was there, for a test early the next morning. That part was great. Easy on/off 95.

Thanks for your feedback! Sorry about the confusion with the microwave - Next time try a Studio Suite if you'd like a microwave in the room. We'll make sure to replace the hairdryer for the next guest too.

This is a pretty nice place and we mostly enjoyed our stay here. I say mostly because there were two minor annoyances; the bathroom fan didnt work and there was an electronic beeping from somewhere that repeated about every thirty seconds for the whole time we stayed there!

The hotel is in an extremely convenient yet quiet location with free and no hidden fee parking. The Lobby is spacious with character and decorated with old radios. Comfortable furniture in the dinning ng area with free breakfast with real egg omelettes, waffles, etc. and all day tea and coffee. The 24 hour fitness center is well equipped with personal trainer designed equipment including a functional trainer, the best one piece does all piece of equipment. A nice pool and business center complete the ground floor. The rooms while not the biggest are more functional and better designed than most with the best, mattress and pillows and bedding of the last four hotels we have stayed in. The bathroom is spacious, well designed with pull out shelves for personal items and real metal not plastic key faucets. The shower is spacious with an excellent shower with great plumbing and a stability/safety bar on the wall. More towels than some hotels these days with a toilet alcove with Angel soft two ply home not the usual hotel quality toilet paper. The reception staff, the maintenance people and cleaning staff were attentive and responsive to our needs. Black out shades on the windows.The only negative issue was children, obviously, in the room above ours stomping on the floor and slamming doors maybe to get.

Wonderful spot. Shopping and dining options all around the are. The place is clean and the bed was super comfortable. Only thing missing is a microwave. We always ytavel with our food.

This property was amazing! I will absolutely come here again. We arrived early and were able to check in. We had a bunch of other dance families stay here at once. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t phrase this place enough!

I thought it was a good, easy to access hotel. Found it to be clean. If I stayed in that area again, I would stay there. We really didn’t like that there were no locks on the bathroom door. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable for me. I also wished there was a dresser in the room with 4 people in the room there was no place to store our clothes.
