Incredible views, mostly clean apartment (there was a finger nail on the window sill but otherwise fine) and great amenities and bar/kitchen. Will continue booking with citizenM in other locations.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very conveniently near the North Station and has a great lobby for relaxing in with a bar and view of the city. The rooms are just a little small and the bathrooms are a little strange. Other than that I would definitely stay again and recommend.

My first stay at citizenM. It was great! Check was easy, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Loved the use of the iPad to control things in the room.

Asked for fresh towels every day but never got them until I checked out. My rooms were never cleaned even after I asked for it to be cleaned and stayed 3 nights.

Hi John,Oh dear, I'm not sure what Garden you visited, howeverTD Garden is located right next to the hotel, a 1 minute walk exactly (roughly 110yds). The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. The room was set up like a very clean dorm room but fit my needs and pocketbook very nicely. The only thing I would suggest is to provide a front desk phone number for patrons to call with questions.

We had the city view room and nothing could beat that Boston city skyline. Room was smaller than expected however cozy. Security was top notch so no unexpected visitors. We paid for breakfast one morning and it was great with lots of different options. The “living room’ has a fun “family” feel to it. Went to a Celtics game and the 2 minute walk back to our room was amazing. Easy access to the subway system. Highly recommend this hotel! Staff was top notch too!

Fantasy venue for solo or group travelers. A bit small for a young family but it’s right in downtown next to some great dining options and public transportation that can get you anywhere you really would want to go. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel right beside TD Garden Arena. Was able to check in early with no hassle. Room was small but very comfortable and appeared very clean. There is a food hall next door with plenty of food options, also there is direct access to the subway as well. Would definitely stay here again.
