Nice hotel. The room was very comfortable. That said I don’t know why it has so many stars. The rooms don’t all have refrigerators. It doesn’t have the amenities I would expect for the star level and price.

They charge a $25 local fee for no reason if you don't book directly - tacky. The restaurant is nothing like they list. There were 2 of us and only one robe. They forgot to order our taxi for a 5 am flight. The coffee maker did not work. The comforter was way too light weight and there were no blankets in the closet. It was pretentious and I would not stay there again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in the water. You may be able to get a reduced rate for a mid week stay. We stayed in a Thursday!

Did not like that there were no screens on all the windows to enjoy the sea breeze rather than air conditioning. Mosquitos were awful so screens would have been necessary. For as highly rated a hotel as it was, our "area" ice machine was broken for our entire stay, and it was quite a walk to get ice. It was a lot more "worn out" than we expected for its cost.

No concierge. Refrigerator in room did not work. Front desk had no way of repairing or replacing. No ice machine in building i was staying. Front desk offered me a trash bag to get ice in another building. Was not allowed to drink or sit in terrace without ordering a full meal. Absolutely horrible experience.
