This is a basic hotel - no frills, but is good value for the money. The bedroom area was a bit worn and shabby but it had a new bathroom and kitchen area. The kitchen area was a plus. There was a microwave and two burners, plus fridge and coffee maker.
Shower stall very slippery, slipped two different times. No clock, no trash can, 1/2 used roll of toilet paper.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Wouldn’t recommend.
Double charged for the room but was able to get 1 refunded. Was only given 1 set of towel and wash cloth with 2 people staying in the room. We had to ask for more and had to turn in the 1 set to get more. Everything stayed wet with condensation for the air conditioner. The walls, floors, appliances, toilet, our clothes.
The friendliness of the two women at the front desk aside, they were unprepared for us even though they called us twice while we were driving there from TN. While my room had towels, my friend's didn't, and neither room had a garbage pail or toilet paper. When I went outside to get toilet paper from the car I saw and smelled several people smoking weed outside their room and there was a young couple noisily fighting. Needless to say, I didn't feel like the hotel was very safe. Making matters worse, the office there closes at 7pm so you can't call the office to complain or request any amenities. Find another place to stay.
Studio spacieux, bien équipé, propre et confortable. Mais sanitaires mal entretenu, WC qui ne s'arrêtent pas de couler. Et dommage que l'accueil soit aussi froid et antipathique.
On arrival office locked had to wait hour to check in next morning check out same thing locked left keys in room. House keeping still mopping wet floor at check in no pillow case or towels little baby roaches crawling mostly in bathroom plastic knife left under the bed WILL NOT STAY AGAIN can't do roaches!
It was a good stay. They were finishing mopping when I got there. I had to go get more towels and wash cloths and there was no trash can in the room. It was a great stay overall

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
When I arrived the room was not quite ready and was being finished up. After she left the room there was no toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo, no coffee for the coffee maker. There was some sort of sticky material in the fridge, in the freezer and the main fridge. After asking for toilet paper and the other items, I finally got them but under duress. Last time I stayed there it was perfect. The shower floor was very slick and I slipped twice getting into the shower.
The lobby at check in was freezing. Jasmine at the front desk was friendly and professional. The room was small but clean and in good condition. There was no soap in the room, only shampoo and lotion. Only 2 pillows so I had to request another. Location was convenient but I think the price was too high considering no breakfast or any other amenities.
I liked the location. The room was a lot smaller than it showed online when I booked. There wasn’t much room to move around. The ice tray was very dirty. We had to wait to check in over an hour after our check in time due to the room not being ready yet.
We got there round 4:30 and no one was in the office and cleaning lady gave me a room key and the door we had was hard to open and shut we had no washcloths the shower hair in it and was disappointed we went and got food to cook and there was no pans to use the pillows on the bed need to be trashed the floors were gritty had to keep shoes on
Nice staff, clean room at an excellent price. I've stayed in about 20 hotels while traveling the past couple months, and I would put this in the top 3.
The AC and TV were great. The bathroom was clean though the water pressure was a little too low for the shower. The mattress/protector was a little lumpy......only saw one small roach in the bathroom.
If you're *very* budget-conscious and your threshold for cleanliness is pretty low, this might be the place for you. The furniture was pretty warn, with some cigarette burns here and there. The hard flooring is new and in principle more sanitary than carpet, but the room I found myself in hadn't seen a mop in a LONG time. There was mildew and other grime, maybe some old lotion or conditioner, on the shower curtain. And a bone fide roach skittered out of the outlet when I unplugged the coffee maker. (You may be thinking, "Hey, it's $55 a night! What did you expect? The Four Seasons?" Fair enough.) It might be helpful to know this place really *isn't* a hotel: it's an "extended-stay living" property, where daily guests seem more the exception than the rule. I suspect my room was "between residents," and it wasn't prepared for my stay. I met one person behind the front desk and one housekeeper, both of whom were friendly and professional, though the former noted that Hotels.com "shouldn't have let me" book the room I was in (because the daily vs. extended stay rooms are, I guess, different rooms). My first and last stay in a "Siegel Select."
My overall stay was good. Tha wrkers are friendly an very helpful didnt have a problem. Close to alot of shopping center an food spot. If bak in Shreveport ill stay there again
