My only negative comment, the size of our room. We barely could move around at the same time and the bathroom too,, couldn’t raise both arms at the same time. Otherwise we enjoyed the hotel and the staff were wonderful!

The Staff were fantastic, very helpful. Had a few drinks in bar and my other half wanted a cocktail that wasn't on the menu. The bartender just went ahead and researched the cocktail and made a perfect 'Lemon Drop' very happy partner. The area is nice and very close to shopping/river/restaurants

This is a terrific location for walking or reaching the sights of Bordeaux by tram or bus. The staff is excellent - friendly and very helpful in getting us to where we wanted to go. The breakfast is outstanding and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Lovely hotel
Cozy little hotel with a lovely bar situated just off the Main Street. Room was a good size for European standards. We had a lovely balcony that’s furnished with a table and two chairs. Overlooking a quiet street. Conveniently located for the tram to the airport and pretty much anywhere else you’d wish to go in Bordeaux. The staff were super friendly. Cleanliness was spot on. Plenty restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Overall, a great stay! We’d definitely return.

Well situated in the center of the old city. Staff were unfailingly helpful and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. Would unhesitatingly recommend.

Made a last minute booking which went smoothly and the staff were very agreeable and welcoming to us and our dog. The room was very clean and tidy, breakfast a bit more than basic, and the location is very central but in a mostly pedestrianised area so parking is several blocks away. My only suggestion is to provide parking details with the booking confirmation which would have saved us having to find parking and then move our car to the closer, discounted parking (still 3-4 blocks from the hotel).

The front desk Malika and Sarah ave’s their tasks! Information, extremely helpful, professional and charming. A+ Room service was very satisfying also. A few towel holders/hooks would be appreciated in the bathroom.

Great hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff and fantastic location. Nice bathrooms with separate bath and shower. TIP - If arriving by train, use the two different trams line (change at the park) to get to the tram stop closest to the hotel (it’s pretty easy) rather than the long 10-15min walk with your luggage down from Place de la Bourse!

Lovely hotel on a quiet side road. We stayed here for the Medoc marathon and we came and went at odd times of the day. The reception staff were attentive and met our needs. They had a refillable water bottle in the room and a water dispenser near reception which was a great idea. Easy walk to the hotel from the tram from the airport and great location for walking around Bordeaux.

Liked the property was only block and half from tram. Walking distance to great dining and bars. Had issue with A/C in room that leaked water on carpet.

The hotel is a beautiful old building that has recently been renovated. The staff were really helpful with our enquires on where to eat & how to get around the city . It is in a lovely area - we really loved our stay here.

Located just inside the pedestrian area in a quiet street as you walk in it smells great! The room was a good size, extremely comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Breakfast was also very good. Changed my perception of Best Western!

Perfect location to easily explore all the sights! The staff could not have been more friendly and were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, bed and pillows wonderful and a great shower. Nothing to complain about. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

2 night stay
Bordeaux, what an amazing city. Had an amazing stay here, the hotel is lovely and our room was very nice. For a basic room it was a great size for Europe. The hotel is located in the perfect location! The staff here is amazing, special shout out to Joanne for her service! When we checked in they gave us a map and marked out all the main attractions for us and held on to our bags until our room was ready. They also gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and grab a drink. They even sold us our tram tickets and mapped out how to get to the train station. We will definitely be back to Bordeaux and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay
Lovely hotel right in the centre within walking distance to all the main points of interest. We had a superior room which was quiet, very comfortable and cosy. Malika who works on reception is lovely, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She couldn't do enough to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if we go back to Bordeaux we will book this hotel again.
