"Convenient & well priced"

"We loved the resort. However did not have our room cleaned once over the 4 days by house keeping and no fresh towelling daily. There was no coffer mugs only paper cups and cheap coffer and tea selection. Toilet paper was placed upside down on the toilet roll holder and the grout in the bathroom was dirty on the floor and in the shower. The restaurant and reception staff were amazing and provided excellent food and service. We had an amazing experience and there was so many activities provided we would love to stay at Pelican Waters Again in the future. "

"Overall the stay was excellent! One comment on a possible improvement.... We left our pillows at the hotel and didn't realise till later on in the day we checked out. I called the phone number and left a callback message but never received a callback (perhaps I left the calback message incorrectly?). I then had a web chat conversation but after some time I was asked to call again or email. I emailed and received a phone call 1 1/2 hours and was able to arrange a pickup. My improvement suggestion is to look at the two automated methods to help maintain good customer service."
