"This place is really cool! It’s a blast from the past. The rooms were excellent, beds very comfy, the parking was gated, the pool was nice. We used the gym and it was enough for a solid workout. The hallways are long corridors that look so cool, like you’re stepping into a regal old movie. I’d highly recommend this place!"
"Loved all the staff at San Marello! Top notch people! Shinola the front desk employees need to stop talking to each other and pay more attention to the guests. When you just leave your luggage with the man at the counter to store for you and you literally come back 10 minutes later and he can't even remember who you are by your face, there's an issue! Especially for what you pay for a room and I've stayed there many times! I'm even a foundry member of The Shinola Store!"
"The rooms were clean staff was very courteous the front desk the ladies working the buffet when it wasn't something there they made sure it got stopped immediately even when breakfast was almost over with the front desk was so accommodating me with any requests that I had the bar was nice fully stopped food was good great for the price"
