Nice property and very convenient to the airport. Staff had a list of local resturants, which was great, as well as warm chocolate chip cookies. Nice clean room, friendly staff

The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the coffee was a slightly better brand than most hotel coffee. I wouldn't have minded a couple extra pillows on the bed, but otherwise, a perfectly good place to stay.

Older hotel, but Very nice, only thing is they don’t clean rooms every night unless you ask. But they do respond right away with requests. Staff was friendly and courteous On hospital property so very convenient to walk to hospital.

Good basic hotel, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, bathroom is fine. Close to airport and Montana University Billings. Good price. Not much of a workout room, but there is an elliptical, treadmill and bike. I will stay again!

The property is clean, quiet, and was perfect for what I needed. However, the staff needs some updated safety training. When giving guests their room numbers, the front desk staff would say the room number out loud for the whole lobby to hear. I asked the front desk agent not to say mine out loud, which she respected, but I shouldn't have needed to ask. Also, when my key card demagnetized, the front desk agent simply fixed it for the room number I stated without asking for an ID and verifying my identity. Convenient maybe, but it made me wonder what would have happened if a stalker or someone with ill intent got a key card and wanted to stir up trouble. These things should be standard procedure, particularly as the hotel is in a seedier area of town.
