Bear Creek Resort

"You can check into the property by texting and then you are issued the lobby and room codes. I didnt know this and Expedia doesnt provide the property with a phone number to be contacted at. Andrew was great and very approachable and helpful. The main building needs to be opened up to air out the lobby and hotel area upstairs. It had a dusty odor. Property is kept up nicely. Cuhions and seat right outside the lonby are not inviting as they are full of sand and blocked by tables. Cabin areas looked great. Picnic tables and shady trees. The onsite restaurant was awesome. Sam was very helpful. Good Pho."

"Amazing, luxurious cabin-like condos with amazing amenities. Really close to the Big Bear Villiage and all the activities down there. Only downside is when we went, the pools were under construction, and I was looking forward to swimming. Would stay here again, once construction is done."

Big Bear Frontier

"We were so lucky we were able to book a room at the Frontier. We were in a bind and had to book last minute. The staff was so accommodating and the room was beautiful. The room was completely remodeled and clean. The resort is under alot of construction, but it was surprisingly quiet. Once this resort is completed it is going to be beautiful and so worth the stay. It's also walking distance to the Village and down to the marina. They have chairs and firepits overlooking the lake and beautiful in the evening. We will for sure be back."
