This is completely inaccurate, it takes exactly 25 minutes (a bit less than 2Km) on foot to the nearest Biarritz beach (Grand Plage) and center of Biarritz. The apartment is not located in the center as described. Even more, the location of the house on the map that is associated with the listing is wrong. "It's hard to beat the location of this property. The management team was super responsive. It was just steps away from the beach and the market. Everything was as listed and there was even some beach equipment (parasol, pareo, etc) made available. Best part: the house stayed cool during a historic heat wave. Just keep the shutters shut and that should do the trick."

"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful family home. It's about 45-50 mins walk to the centre of Biarritz, but only 5 mins or so walk to the train station, from which multiple buses run to the town centre on a regular basis, so really easy to get around. We were delayed on arrival due to traffic, but Christine left the keys out for us and checked that we'd arrived, leaving a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, and helpful instructions for using all the appliances. Appreciated the fan as no air con and the clothes rack to dry out swimwear on was handy! We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts.
