I'm not sure what all of these positive reviews are about. We were looking for a budget friendly place to sleep along our cross country road trip. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Our rooms however were filthy. I don't mind dated furniture and cosmetic issues. I do very much mind stains on the bedding and carpet and a door handle that broke off from the inside and left my father stuck in his room. The staff apologized and changed his room to an equally dirty one. I recognize the limitations of a small business and I support them, but at minimum they need to improve their cleaning protocols.

Room door didnt lock, but didnt notice til morning when i went out to smoke. The room was right next to the maintenance room so it was kinda loud. Shower was average. Bed was comfortable, but only VERY lite covering. So if you a freeze baby and are doing during winter months bring extra blankets.

Check in was smooth. Room was dirty and missing a smoke detector. Room has smoke smell in it for a non smoking room. When I called the front desk, they said there was a draft on that end that causes it to blow in. When I checked out and told the front desk person, they acted like they could care less

We stay there every time we're through that way. It's not a bad hotel to stay at and the beds are actually pretty comfortable. Prices are cheap

This facility has several pet-friendly room. Pet fee was $10 per pet. The room I stayed in had hard flooring instead of carpet, which is fabulous. The room was very large with a microwave and little refrigerator plus a table with 2 chairs. The bed was ok. The pillows we hard so uncomfortable I had a terrible time sleeping. No bed bugs though which is a real plus and no cockroaches. The bathroom wasn't very clean at all. The noise level wasn't too bad for a cheap motel. The lock is broke on the outside door. People were smoking in the rooms. The towels were beyond scrachy. No blanket, only a sheet and bed spread, which we know don't get washed very often. They had hot coffee in the lobby in the morning which was good, none in the room. The hair dryer was broke.

Not a very pleasant experience
This was a motel we would never stay at again. There was no blanket on bed just sheets that had dirt and hair on them and a thin bedspread. The bathroom was not clean. Hard to turn the sink faucet from cold to hot water. Toilet seat lid was broken. Worst thing was the awful smell in the hallways especially but in room too. No continental breakfast even though their booklet in room stated there was. Only coffee in lobby but no creamer.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay for the night. It was quiet, very clean, decor could use an update, and the bed was very comfortable. Had a great night’s sleep. The owners were very nice and accommodating.

The front desk staff was very friendly and the check in and out process was incredibly easy. The room was average and the shower was slightly dirty, but for the price, I have no complaints and would absolutely stay again.

Horrible place, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I were traveling from Texas to Wisconsin. It was late and I booked on line. It costs more to book on line than if I’d just waited until I arrived. If I hadn’t already prepaid for the room I wouldn’t have stayed there based on the condition of the parking lot and lobby. I had a non smoking room but the hallway leading to the room smelled of smoke and had cigarette butts on the floor. The room had a bed in it but didn’t have any other furniture. The lamp next to the bed was broken. The Expedia rating was decent but it was based on reviews that were dated from the distant past. It’s cheap but not worth even the low cost

Stayed here due to the rating being over 4.5. That was not the case. The hallways needed vacuuming. The floor under the bed and side tables had not been swept or vacuumed for a while. Walls are paper thin and surrounding guests were loud and inconsiderate. The entrance into building to get to units was unlocked no need for the key card. unsafe

Clean and spacious room. Great location for travelers, right off the highway for easy access and there are lots of dining options nearby, as well as gas stations and a dollar tree across the street.. Quiet. Friendly staff. Spacious parking right outside my window.

Rude rude rude!
This place was disgusting, there was bugs on the floor, and the outlet by the bed shocked me and wouldn’t work. Also my keys didn’t work so I had to go back up to the office to reprogram them. The lady was extremely rude! Terrible!

you said lady was rude just because she told you to come and pay for the room that you did not paid for almost whole day. You stayed at our motel for two days why did you stayed here if this place is disgusting and bugs everywhere. so you are not describing things that you did but trying to blame us that's disgusting. You had to pay around 12 pm but you paid around 8 pm after we called you almost for 4 times and told you we are going to call cops now and another lady also gave your baby car toy just because they are rude. TRY THIS SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT HERE.
