"The lack of English speaking channels; with the exception of news. Even in Slovenia when my partner was stuck in the room (due to illness), he could watch English speaking shows, such as, The Big Bang Theory, Law and Order, Midsomer Murders (British). I give a rating of minus 10 for in room entertainment. Not everyone wants to listen to the news 24x7."

"A/C in the room kept shutting off (after about 45mins) during the night. I assume this is done to save energy. Woke up every hour very sweaty and had to get out of bed to manually turn the A/C back on. Made my 3-night stay very miserable…Hotel is soooo environmentally friendly that they even have carbon footprint ratings for each of the meals in the restaurant. I’m all about saving the environment, but not at the expense of my sleep while on summer vacation…Overall, hotel was very nice. It should also be known that it is located in the LGBTQ+ district of the city (in case that’s a deal-breaker for anyone reading this). And despite what is listed on Hotels.com, this hotel does NOT have a laundry facility (only a laundry service where the hotel will wash your clothes for about 5 euros per piece of clothing). We ended up walking to a laundromat about 0.75 miles away. Kind of a hassle but I’m not spending over 100 euros per load of clothes."

"Værelset på 16 etage var rigtig pænt og havde en fantastisk udsigt og hvor der var plads til at sidde i vindueskarmen og kigge ud. Morgenmaden var ikke noget ud over det sædvanlige og lokalet var lidt kedeligt. Baconen var slasket og næsten rå begge dage. Hvor svært kan det være at lave bacon?? Vi valgte hotellet fordi vi skulle til koncert på olympia stadion og metroen kørte direkte dertil"
