"Front Desk staff not able to speak English. One should expect that hotel in the Marriot Group will train staff to speak English as well. Hotel not even capable to order taxi to airport. They just say they don’t have that sevice. I was forced to use hotel car at tremendous rate to go to airport."

"We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower ..."
