“such a pleasant suprise”
can't really flaw it at all. the rooms were modern and spacious. service was the best ive had in the uk by far! comp upgrade to an executive room on the building across from the main building which was beautiful! 3pound taxi ride to city centre or 20 min walk. loads of nice eateries and bars (university area). got the third night free too as part of a deal on expedia! such a steal! loved it!
“Great Value in an excellent location”
The great experience started with the friendly reception upon arrival. The staff checked upon the readiness of the room and offered us an option when the room wasn't ready. The breakfasts that we had included with the price of the room were well prepared and served by friendly staff in a bright and comfortable dining room. The hotel is ideally located in the University District and is a 20 minute walk from the core of Belfast. It is within a 10 minute walk of many excellent restaurants that cover the gamut of tastes. It is also close to many of the major attractions of the city. There is parking available, which for the traveler with a car, makes it even more attractive. Its location also makes it easy to leave and return to the city while engaged on day trips. Overall, a hotel that I would definitely use again should I go to Belfast.
“Home from home”
Fantastic apartment with all the comforts of home. Great customer service from staff. A definate place to stay on a future visit to Belfast. Highly recommended.
“Staff”
Staff are amazing, excellent clean and well maintained hotel.
“Would definitely stay again - hotel staff friendly”
Quiet hotel in a residential area. We stayed in a newly refurbished executive suite; very tastefully decorated, to a high standard. Reception staff extremely friendly, courteous and always willing to help and advise. Hotel ideal as quiet retreat; unaware of any evening entertainment. Bar and lobby area quite small although not overcrowded at any time. Did not have dinner in hotel restaurant so unable to comment on quality of food. Overall, very pleased with hotel as quiet, comfortable and affordable. Would definitely return.
“Impressed with quality of service”
This hotel was very good value for the money; the service was excellent, the room very comfortable and clean and tidy, and mainly it was quiet which is unusual for a hotel. It was very convenient for the university and the city centre.
“Value for money”
Excellent value for money and well placed for the University where our daughter is studying
“Enjoyed belfast”
Pleasant hotel in nice quiet area of Belfast Close to university Room was hot even with radiators off and window open! Expensive breakfast for what it was,we found lots of nice cafes around corner on Malone rd But good place to stay in Belfast"......
“Fine for a quick business trip”
Stayed for one night in Belfast for business. Arrived 10am and they were happy to check me in with no delays. I was in one of the apartments across the road, which was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space with peace and quiet, fresh milk, large shower room (with a slightly dribbley shower) and an enormous TV! Didn't pay for WiFi as I wasn't really there for long enough. It was a short walk to a rather nice cafe, the Botanical Gardens and the Ulster Museum - all worth a visit. There was a bit of student rowdiness on the street at night but the hotel was just far enough away to avoid the main troubles. I didn't go into the main hotel except to check in and out so it was very much like having my own flat for the time I was there.
“Good Place to Stay in A Great Location”
Great bar, lovely lounge with very comfortable relaxing furniture. Very convenient car parking and rear entrance access to the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only thing that let the place down was that the carpet in our room was stained and looked grubby.
