excellent hotel very clean room had everything we could want for our stay excellent location very good value for money will definitely stay again
“Excellent stay, excellent time”
The day and night staff were excellent and couldn't do any more for us. They did everything they could to ensure all our group had a great,comfortable and enjoyable time - We all went home with an excellent personal experience and I'll shall use this as my regular stop off next time in Belfast.

Very friendly staff in a clean and affordable hotel. Would recommend for anyone wanting a comfy place to stay whilst staying in this great city.
“Decent location, clean room and low price!”
Decent location to the city centre, clean room and reasonable price. Internet charges but not dear. Might struggle to park nearby at working hours but plenty of on street spaces overnight.
“Appropriate and superb”
Classed as a budget hotel by its own nomination, the Ibis was clean, comfortable and completely suited to a short stay. The rooms make great use of the space and feel very muck akin to a similar room in Tokyo or Seoul. Highly recommended.

Everything Great. Nothing bad to report. Location 7 or 7a goes direct into belfast city centre.
“As you would expect from an Ibis..”
As you would expect from an Ibis hotel. Clean and modern. Pillows did border on the thickness and softness of a piece of cardboard. There is no parking but free street parking outside.
“Excellent Location”
Room very clean and minimalist, the hotel is really well situated next to the Queens University with all the pubs and restaurants there. Very close to the Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens which are ideal for the kids and free entry. Only 10 minutes walk to the heart of Belfast and the main shopping area. The breakfast at £5 is very good - buffet and you can eat as much as you want. Only complaint is that the pillows are really hard so not a very restful nights sleep.
“Excellent location”
The Hotel is in an excellent location close to many restaurant choices and shopping. Hotel itself and rooms are very nice, clean and modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. The Hotel restaurant however was poor. Nonetheless when I complained about the meal the staff quickly apologized and my total bill was covered. I would still recommend eating elsewhere. Overall though a very good experience and I would highly recommend the Hotel to others.
