What was hoped to be a luxurious experience turned out to be a very negative one. As advertised on website. Slippers, bathrobes were supposed to be part of King room option. There was none. Not even a bottle of complimentary water, filtered or otherwise. I have received on multiple occasions from a 4 star hotel. Air conditioning did not work. Reported to housekeeping. 3 night stay still not working. Had to request a room service for fresh towels and essential toiletries after 2 days as room was not being serviced. Dinner served in Restaurant in Sunday night was so shockingly bad. Cold, oily/greasy jue. Frozen chicken that we returned and settled for a soup each at full price. And finally at checkout, not even a question from reception as to how our stay was. Reality is the HILTON staff just did not care.
