"The only good things were its proximity to the hospital and the 7-Eleven across the street... It is an unnecessarily expensive hotel (I assume the price is so high because of the hospital nearby). I was not at all satisfied with the parking and valet service... You drive right up to the entrance, leave your car there, check in, and then hand it over to the valet... (55 USD per night + tip). It’s a huge waste of time... Also, regarding the "accessible room" we paid extra for—it is extremely difficult to enter the bathroom in a wheelchair... I don't understand how they expect someone in a wheelchair to bathe in that bathroom; there isn't even a place to sit... Plus, the glasses weren't clean... I don't feel we got our money's worth. My child said, "Let's not come to this hotel again"... We were absolutely not satisfied with the room at all... We didn't even have breakfast."
