"This was one of the best hotel stays our family has had. The staff were very accommodated to anything we needed, the room was great, our floor was quiet, the housekeepers were nice, and it was all around a good trip. Would definitely stay here again."

"I have good things to say about the motel itself. My one negative is not about Best Western itself, but just an FYI...check before you go. We were there June of 2026 and there are a lot of roads torn up all around the motel due to redoing pipes. The water was shut off about 10 or 10:30 at night, not sure for how long. It was back on in the morning. However the motel itself is in a great location on Bay Street. It is nothing fancy, but if you are on a budget it is clean, rooms have microwaves and mini fridges. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Easy drive to area beaches and you can walk around downtown Beaufort. I would definitely stay there again on another visit."

"this place is terrible. i was expecting a not so great hotel being as it was older and whatnot and was fine with it for one night. the room was awful. peeling ceiling, holes in doors, broken door handle, stained carpet, holes in the comforter, spills in the mini fridge, food splatters in microwave, chipped up stained toilet seat, strange smell, bad A/C, stained sheets, stained shower curtain, etc. just totally unpleasant. i had to leave after a couple of hours because i couldn’t take it. with no refund offered on top of it. seriously don’t waste your time at this place."
