Location very quiet and easy walking distance to down town, Tuktuks at US$2 fairly easily available on Street 26. but its surface and the side road to hotel off it, are poorly surfaced / unpaved and tricky in wet weather.Kitchenette and bathrooms well equipped but in need of modernization. "We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. It was absolutely huge. Very well furnished and appointed, although it could do with an update of the lounge suite. Pool was good. Check-in was a trick as the new security man did not understand English, hence our attempts at 'office, administration and check-in' were a waste of time. However, eventually all was solved. "I can't enough about what a great place this is. The staff are very helpful, and the house cat feels free to pay us visits in our rooms. It's a very homey place. Good location, clean, comfortable. The kitchenettes are a big plus. "

"e stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay, the 2 owners Mike & Chilli were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is small but we had it all to ourselves as there is only about 8 rooms in the hotel. It has a nice comfortable bar a restaurant area with $1 draft beers in chilled glasses. The 2 guys that own the place are building a rooftop bar at the moment which will be great once finished and there are a few other bits and pieces they are working on around the place.
