"The rooms were very clean, the mattress on the king bed were very comfortable. The hostess at the front was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They ground their coffee each morning fresh. Would stay again if in the area. Very reasonably priced. We stayed three nights for $418."

"When I walked into the hotel to check in a man by the name of Monty K was extremely rude. There were some fees that were not disclosed and all I did was ask what they were for. I told him that I paid on hotels.com already and he said if I didn't like the policy i could leave. I asked for the terms and conditions and he once again tried to kick me out. I gave him my debit card for the deposit he said would be refunded, but I still have not seen the credit. We went into our room which was disgusting. There was a roach on the floor and mold in the bathroom. There was also mold on the icemaker. The water from the shower head smelled like sulfur. They never bothered to clean the room. I went to get toilet paper and towels on the 4th day from the front desk and an overweight woman named Jasmine told me she would put my name on the list for house keeping. I asked for these amenities at 8am. I went to the gym and to the pool. I went back to my room a few times but they didn't clean it. At 2pm I went back up to the desk to speak with Jasmine again and she said housekeeping wasn't her department. I spoke to the manager Mr Patel. He never looked me in the eye, and he told me they could take my towels and wash them, but it would take another hour. He refused to do anything about the bill or even say sorry for the wait. I have several other complaints, but there aren't enough characters allowed."

"I loved that this property was so family friendly. My kids loved how “on-theme” it was. Lego everywhere! They even got a free small Lego set on their pillows upon checking in. The pool was great, with a fire pit and you could purchase smores kits for nighttime at the fire pit. It felt very safe as well as quiet. Families all around us, but it never got loud. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again."

"Booked my trip on the way to Florida. When I arrived not only did I have to wait to be helped. I was made to book another reservation and pay an additional $50 for an early check in. I explained myself to the lady in the lobby however she did not want to hear why or when I booked my trip on Hotels.com because she said that if it was during midnight or after midnight, I wouldn’t be able to check in however, at 3 o’clock."
