The hot tub room was excellent. Very clean and spacious. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the linens were soft. The breakfast was very good with tons of options including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle bar with all the toppings, Oatmeal, and all the muffins and breads ect... would have loved to stay another night.

Everything was great except I guess they’re doing something, there were like 100 big containers outside. It was hard to find the front door.

The room was quiet and the bed was good. The AC worked and the room was clean. The common areas were too warm (for me). This might have been due to the renovation going on. It was difficult to get in to the parking lot because of the large storage containers.

Had to wait to check in because the front desk staff was elsewhere. No biggy. But after about ten minutes they did show up but refused to speak to me until they had tapped away at the computer for at least three or four more minutes. Didn't even acknowledge my, "Hello, how are you today?"Once they did deign to acknowledge my existence the lady made it quite clear she would rather I not be bothering her with stupid things like checking into my room. Needless to say I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. The lady who managed the breakfast though was very kind and friendly though. Maybe they should swap places with the front desk clerk.

From contactless checkin, to fresh cookies, glorious pool area & fantastic vicinity to shopping... This hidden gem met all of my needs! The free scrumptious breakfast with excellent front desk service were cherries on top. My children and I created great Spring Break memories at this property. 10/10 will stay again!

Great, clean lodging at a fair price. Their pet policy and fee was what convinced me to stay here initially but I’ll be a repeat customer as the place is clean and quiet.

The staff was super friendly and my room was excellent The only thing bad I have to say about this location is, that there is no sign on the front that I saw to let me know that that was the Hampton Inn Unless you have the address on your GPS, you would not find it

This property is undergoing renovation and has been for some time. There is very little parking because of storage containers all around it. It should be closed for construction, or at least far more reduced rates. I would not recommend it at least until 2025. Project seems to be moving slowly.

Once the remodeling is completed, it might be a good place to stay. The restroom in the lobby wasn’t in service. When we got to our room, it was still being cleaned. After 15 minutes, we got in but there was no TV remote. I went back downstairs and got a remote but it didn’t work. Back downstairs, I got a new room but then the key didn’t work. Back downstairs I got working keys. The staff were friendly but the system wasn’t working. We heard upstairs footsteps even with earplugs in. Breakfast was just OK. The scrambled eggs were wet and tasteless.

Property is under renovations therefore some parking is being taken up and lobby restrooms are closed. Overall, great experience! Went off-roading and stayed there for the weekend. Booked 4 rooms for a large group and all guest were satisfied with their room quality.

I stay here serveral times a year when traveling through Barstow. They are doing a remodle of the hotel. The hotel is kept clean, rooms clean, bed comfortable and 4 pillows per bed. :) Coffe pot, hairdryer, nice quanity/quality of towels, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion. I feel safe staying here and they will allow a small dog to stay with you in your room. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I lok forward to my stayes here.
