My stay was very enjoyable and I have gotten all the help I need from the hotel staffs, particularly from Pamela who is a pretty lady and always ready to give me a sweet smile and provide the required assistance. However, there were 2 hiccups before and after I checked into this hotel. First, I was given email confirmation of airport transfer provided but it failed to come and I have to take a cab myself which cost IDR55000. No explanation was given but only apologies from Pamela when I demanded to see the staff who confirmed my airport transfer. Second, I booked this hotel with breakfast included but I was told otherwise. Upon investigation, it was a mistake made by the hotel helpdesk. If both hiccups came from the same person or hotel helpdesk, he/she/they will need to be more alert and improve on their quality of work and services!
