The room was clean and tidy. The location is good as it is opposite shopping mall and only about 15 mins from the airport. It is definitelu value for money.

We checked in at Serela Hotel very last minute and there was no Standard room left, the receptionist, Giant upgraded us to Deluxe room instead. He was really helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel in busy street
Location is at the heart of a busy street, a bad trafic and hard to get away from the area (which could be the case everywhere in Bali)

Attentive staff, centrally located
Staff was attentive, we had informed before hand that it was my wife's birthday and they nicely decorated the room. We were happy with such levels of service and attentiveness.

Small hotel with tons of traffic!!
No hot water, bad breakfast, bad traffic ever!! It takes 2 hour grom dipti ukur to hotel. bad door sound, bad amenities, feel so regret

You get what you pay for. An soon as we walked into the hotel room it we were hit by a wave of chlorine smell. There were flies everywhere, especially in the bathroom. No idea where they came from but we kept killing them but more and more would appear. Didn't bother complaining as we probably had a better room than what most of the bad reviews said.

Very friendly staff all around from the doorman to parking to restaurant staff, housekeeping and front desk and pamela was especially helpful There was a damp smell of the carpet in room 515 but we were out most of the time so did not bother

everyone was really friendly, they gave a little teddy bear to my son as a welcome gift. Breakfast spread changes everyday. They even called if we were coming down for breakfast.

Great & comfortable stay
Great stay and comfortable! But they need to renew their towels as its a bit unclean. Next to shopping malls make it easier for last minute shopping but no parking spaces. Overall our stay was very confortable and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Dirty bedsheets but great service
Bedsheets and blanket were filled with stains. Even though we requested for a change, the new one was filled with dry blood stains. We decided not to pursue further as the staff told us that the sheets were clean and collected straight from the dryer. Ironically, the service of the staff was superb.

Overall it's a happy stay!
Generally good. Breakfast spread changes daily. Convenient location with shopping & food just a stone throw away. Hotel staffs were helpful. Booked 3 rooms for my family but 1 room had smoking smell covered up with treated spray which is heavy for breathing. Requested change of room & reception gladly obliged. Bathroom towels are seriously in need of change. They looked yellowish. This needs to be looked into or else it will tarnished the image of the hotel. Noticed that this hotel doesn't have 4th floor or unit no 4. Very thoughtful indeed.

The hotel is suit for travelers. Although parking lots is insufficient, but doesn't effect especially foreign travelers. And the services is very good, polite receptionist, they willing to help with anything including taxi calling.

Excellent choice for shopping!
I must say that my mom and I are very pleased with this hotel. The team is very attentive towards our needs and always gives a service with a smile. The rooms are a little small than we though and it would be better if we get the superior room compared to deluxe but nevertheless we sleep quite comfortably throughout our stay. Wifi is free but not as fast during night time. Shopping wise, one can't go wrong by choosing to stay in this hotel. I personally find this place is the most convenient hotel in Cihampelas where a big shopping mall (Ciwalk)is just less than 5 minutes walking distance. You can find convenient stores, factory outlet, money changers and many restaurant of your choice (international to local food) available. Spa is available in house. My only suggestion would be to add in more choices of food for breakfast. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Good hotel
The hotel room is clean and tidy, service at reception is good, properly located in the middle of shops,restaurants, walking distance to a shopping mall nearby just across the hotel and easy transportation access (taxi stand) near shopping mall.

Basic accommodation but comfortable. Some pictures in website not to be trusted - borrowed from their sister hotel eg there was actually no lounge and no pool! No fridge in rooms - inconvenient. Cannot chill drinks. Food quality at cafe adequate - preferred breakfast at another nearby hotel. Other than that, quite a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel and great staff!
My stay was very enjoyable and I have gotten all the help I need from the hotel staffs, particularly from Pamela who is a pretty lady and always ready to give me a sweet smile and provide the required assistance. However, there were 2 hiccups before and after I checked into this hotel. First, I was given email confirmation of airport transfer provided but it failed to come and I have to take a cab myself which cost IDR55000. No explanation was given but only apologies from Pamela when I demanded to see the staff who confirmed my airport transfer. Second, I booked this hotel with breakfast included but I was told otherwise. Upon investigation, it was a mistake made by the hotel helpdesk. If both hiccups came from the same person or hotel helpdesk, he/she/they will need to be more alert and improve on their quality of work and services!

Good location for shoppers. I am very disappointed with Hotel Management due to airport transfer issues. I have booked transport 1 day before they said ok but when I asked on the actual day they just informed me "no transport" all our transport already used for other group.
