Inside the hotel, leather-bound volumes in several languages line the shelves of the library off the lobby. Damask-covered armchairs and velvet couches provide inviting places to read, though guests can also take books to their rooms. A short, second-floor corridor serves as a rotating gallery for local artists.

Easy chairs with hassocks are placed next to floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the city or the hotel's landscaped courtyards.

“Very pretty”
very pretty. We only spent one night. The bathroom counter top and storage spots were large. I love that! the room was big also.
“Perfect midweek getaway”
Very accomadating for early check-in. Quiet and relaxing. Services mainly couples and business clientel.
“Wonderful Staff”
The staff were as friendly as I've ever experinced in a hotel stay!
“I Wish My Wife Was With Me”
The hotel was OUTSTANDING!!!! The staff treated me like a King the moment I arrived. I enjoyed eveything. I'm planing a trip within the next 4 months with my wife and 2 other couples.
“almost perfect, one drawback”
I had an excellent experience staying with them. everyone was super helpful and well mannered, especially the valet parking team. i have several trips planned to go back to the inner harbor and i will definitely stay with them again. one drawback though. when i purchased the room on expedia it said that valet was included but in reality it wasnt and ended up costing me $86 for 2 days of valet parking. another option would have been to self park behind the hotel for only $52 for 2 days.
“Great hotel in the Inner Harbor”
A wonderful hotel stay for me and my family. The staff were excellent. The hotel is beautiful. The amenities are superb. We stayed in a harbor view room on the 8th floor that had an awesome view of the harbor. The only flaw I could find was some wallpaper seams where separating in our room. It is very difficult to find a flaw in this wonderful hotel. My wife and I are converts to the InterContinental brand.
“Very Satisfied”
Lovely setting, well kept, clean, staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We will be back.
“Great location and a great night.”
Beds were too soft and mattress tops kept sliding off. Food was outrageously expensive. Eat in the Harbor not at he hotel. 2 eggs, bacon, and home fries is $25.00. Wow!!
“WILL GO BACK”
LOCAL TO MANY SIGHTS
“very nice”
