Excellent Hotel on the beach.

Pros: good service. Daily activities for all. nightly entertainment. Reasonable priced restaurants. On the beach.
Cons: Some bath towels could do with being replaced. Often they were grey instead of white & a bit course.
Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby most with pick up & return service. Supermarket, pharmacy & official money changer within walking distance.
this was our second stay @ this hotel & we enjoyed our stay as much s the first. Again we occupied a Beach Terrace room which was lovely, huge bathroom complete with huge, comfortable king size bed, veranda & small secluded garden. Although the hotel has lost some access to the beach,due to stormy weather conditions during the year, the beach is still accessible directly from the pool area & as usual enjoyed a daily swim in the ocean. We found all the staff efficient & friendly & any requests we made were dealt with promptly.

Fabulous ocean front hotel

Relaxing hotel on beach

Cute rooms, great breakfast and good location. Only a few things don't get this hotel 5 stars, like no teaspoons at breakfast and room cleaning was a bit random in terms of time of day or if all towels got replaced.

Schönes Hotel in schlechter Lage

Das Hotel wird von der stark befahrenen Straße von benoa geteilt. Wir waren nicht auf der Strandseite. Wir hatten ein deluxe-Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht. Tatsächlich schauten wir vom Balkon auf eine Mauer zum verfallenen Nachbargrundstück, auf dem Tag und Nacht 2 Hähne krähten. Die Hotelanlage an sich ist schön gestaltet, das Frühstück war toll. Der Stand ist dafür sehr schmal, nur wenige Schattenplätze und bei Flut wird dort wahnsinnig viel Wassersport betrieben, weshalb es sehr laut und unruhig ist. Es gibt an der Straße viele Restaurants, aber da der Gehweg im Bau und viel Verkehr war, war der Weg zum Abendessen sehr unentspannt und eher ein Spießrutenlauf. Unser Fazit: wir warten froh, nach 3 Tagen zu einer Rundreise aufbrechen zu können und haben danach ein Viel ruhigeres und schöneres Hotel in Sanur gefunden.

Liebe Jane, vielen Dank für Ihre Buchung und Ihre faire Bewertung. Es tut mir leid, dass bei Ihrem Aufenthalt offenbar einige Faktoren zusammengekommen sind. Die beiden Gehwege an der Straße sind zwar noch in Bau, aber bereits wieder besser und sicherer begehbar. Dies macht den ganzen Eindruck der Umgebung des Hotels wieder angenehmer. Schattenplätze finden Sie bei uns nicht nur am Strand, sondern bei allen drei Pools, aber wir werden mehr Schirme am Strand aufstellen. Vielen Dank für die positive Erwähnung unseres Frühstücks und der Anlage. Herzliche Grüße.

Nice family hotel

Pros: The food for dinner and swimming pools
Cons: It would be good to get new boards to play in the swimming for the kids.
Location: Convenient stores area close and it takes around 30 minutes to go to the airport
The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful, the food was really good specially for dinner which includes good local dancers and performance. Our room was very clean and in generally good condition.

great spot but the front desk staff made it very difficault for us. 2 hours to check in was a JOKE!

Dear jas, sorry to read your comment on the check in time, not sure how that happened. Normally we prepare our rooms whenever possible for early check in - even long before 14.00, when room situation allows. I can only think that there was a special request - special room number, special location of the room, 2 rooms side by side or connecting. In such cases it can happen that we are not able to provide those rooms at 14.00. Means - we have rooms in the booked roomtype available in time, but not the ones with the special request due to operational reasons. We hope this explanation makes sense and despite of this experience you had a good stay with us.

Nice Hotel but with limited street appeal

Was a fantastic hotel and facilities. Breakfast way over priced if not purchased as part of your room. Mattresses on single bed are rock hard. No street shopping and limited street restaurants. Very much for in hotel relaxing. Costly for transport to and from Kuta etc

Pros: De mooie grote kamer, netheid en vriendelijkheid. Vele zwembaden en aan het strand.
Cons: Niets.
Location: Jammer dat de weg die door het hotel heen loopt niet aangelegd is. Er is niet veel te doen rondom het hotel.
Mooi hotel, van alle luxe voorzien, erg vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten. Jammer dat het gehorig is en aan een drukke weg ligt. Maar op zeker een aanrader als je wilt relaxen...

Older hotel with amazing staff

The hotel itself is older and could use some updating or attention to repainting replacing of tiles etc. The staff however made up for that! They were great! The spa was excellent and the food was delicious! Room service is a must. The baby crib however needed a mattress it was Hard.
