“Mabel, Aberdeen, Scotland”
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and can honestly say that it is one of the most comfortable hotels we have stayed at and would thoroughly recommend it. It was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. All in all, it was very good value for money

great room, superb shower, confortable bed I was really happy with my stay - only criticisim was a wedding was going on and it was noisy quite late on the saturday night.
“Not on the location showed in Google Maps!!!”
The hotel is 17 miles outside Dublin, in a small town called Balbriggan. It takes 45 min by train to go to the center of Dublin. Yet, the hotel is fantastic and the town is by the seaside, which makes it ideal for people that have been to Dublin before and want to see the Irish countryside. In google maps, it is shown in the centre of Dublin on Bridge street (in the west side of the city and close to the canal). This is wrong!!!

Staff very friendly . Received upgrade on top of a good deal initially. Only adverse comment: short staffed so no food available late evening.
“Useless staff”
Had booked early wake up call (3.45am) as needed to be at Dublin Airport to catch 7am flight. Did not get call. Was late and nearly missed flight. Very stressful. Night staff was in some kind of stupor, not fit to put two words together. I travel regularly and have never come across such an incompetent hotel employee. He couldn't explain why I didn't get wake up call, even when I could see that my room number and wake up call time were on page on desk. Not even sorry. Thank goodness I had booked through Expedia and pre paid as staff member would have not been able to check me out. Disgraceful.
