“Extremely helpful staff”

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated in a colonial India style. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Part of the reason for the trip to Manama was to get some large size workboots that couldn't be found in Riyadh and the staff went above and beyond to help search out possible sources and then provide excellent directions to help the taxi driver understand where we needed to go. The morning breakfast buffet was bountiful in the choices and delicious. Wish we could have had more time to enjoy all the facilities available.

“Excellent value for money”

This is the hotel I always choose to stay in in Manama, it is excellent value for money, the location is great, there are some very good local restaurants on the main road, and the staff are very helpful.

“Great value for 4 star hotel”

This was a great hotel for the price. Very nice room and service was really good including shuttle from airport. It is kind out of the way there in Manama but we could still walk to a number of things in less then 20 minutes. Good hotel for business traveller or for a family.

“Very impressive”

After booking this hotel and then cross-referencing the reviews on trip advisor, I was preparing myself for the worst. Other reviews complained about noise (from the various bars / night-clubs) and room cleanliness. I couldn't disagree more. The rooms were fantastic - spacious and very clean. Free wi-fi could be accessed in the room which was a personal bonus for me. The only downside was no tea/coffee-making facilities. But then room service would bring those to you in a prompt manner for 0.8BD (about 1.50 uk) for 2 cups. The only noise is from the busy street outside and this is generally car horn-honking! This, you come to understand, is heard throughout Bahrain and not just outside the hotel! Besides, you quickly get used to it. Overall, this was indeed a 4* hotel of the highest quality.

“Extremely Satisified”

I had a fabulous time at this hotel and the buffets for breakfast and lunch were awesome as well. The only issue that we had with the hotel were the Clubs. The Club Twisted outside in the back is for Filipinos only. I was quite shocked when I being American was told that I could not come in. It made for a very uncomfortable situation. There is nothing on any of the flyers that it is restricted to certain cultures. Everyone at the hotel was just wonderful. Being my trip overseas, it was the best experience I could have asked for. There is a great bakery down the street to the left from the hotel and great shopping on the block directly behind the hotel.

“We're #2 So We Try Harder”

This was a hotel that was not a 5 star Ritz. But the quality of service, the pleasant staff, the cleanliness of the room all were 5 star in my book. I am a business traveller and my standards focus on having the hotel be a hotel and allowing me to conduct my business. This hotel does that. All of it. I take cars everywhere, but I wasn't convinced the neighborhood was good, but it really didn't matter. You can go out to the big malls etc and easily. I had even left a very expensive item there and they brought it to the airport before I boarded the plane. Really above and beyond in my book.
