"I wished I could've given more stars but when I first stepped in from a very long trip I was not even acknowledged. I had to assume the guy with the white callored shirt was available. He did not give me any further details about the hotel I had to guess my way around. I reserved a room with breakfast, I was not given the breakfast waivers at check in and almost paid extra for breakfast.Was not told about the pool being closed for our entire stay. Once I checked in and brought in my family and luggages, again, no acknowledgement, not even a look up from both staff members behind the counter this time. I guess it's normal not to greet or welcome guests here because at breakfast the hostess also did not look or say a word until I said good morning twice.
Other than the no info and no acknowledgements, breakfast buffet was good, the bed was comfortable and the hotel it's self is very pretty. Carpets, however, were dirty at least in my room and the bathroom tub very slippery could really hurt someone."
