"This is a great location, great place to stay. It is a median price range for the coast and i think its a fair price depending on when you book your room. Summer time can get expensive but the amenities are worth it. Free parking, a free hot breakfast, 3 hot tubs, one being adults only, walking distance to the beach and to blast and brew... we actually door dashed pizza right to the pool! We have stayed here multiple times and we always enjoy our stay. As with any hotel staying on the bottom floor you never know how noisy the people above will be, we had loud upstairs people and i just texted the Concierge service and told them because it was after 10pm the noise wasn't quitting and they contacted the guests and the noise stopped. The upstairs room are a treck if you have a hard time doing stairs I do not recommend if you want to upstairs try to plan far enough ahead where you can get a room close to the stairs. Overall this is our new go to place to stay on the central coast."

"If you are offered room 325 as a free upgrade DO NOT TAKE IT! It is infested with FLEAS! My daughters and I were super excited when we saw it was a bigger room with a separate bedroom until we started getting bit by fleas. I felt something bite me on my ankle when we first got there but thought maybe it was a mosquito from outside. We dropped off our luggage and went to the beach,got back late,showered and we all went to bed. At 3am my 11yr old daughter wakes me up and tells me something keeps biting her. While I was trying to figure out what to do she sees a flea on her ankle and shows me before it jumps off! she had welts on her arms and back. I sprayed her with bug repellent I had in the car that helped her us through the rest of the night. I did let the front desk young guy know when we were checking out but he just said he'd let someone know."

"The hotel itself was nice, but a major inconvenience was the lack of an elevator in the Courtyard area. We were traveling with children and carrying luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult. If you are staying with kids, strollers, or have mobility concerns, this is something to be aware of before booking. An elevator would greatly improve the guest experience"
