“Great snow getaway”
My boyfriend and I enjoyed a very nice weekend at the St. Regis celebrating our anniversay. There is a shuttle that picks up every flight into Aspen. The hotel tryed very hard to accomidate to all of our requests. the pool and hot tubs are amazing at night that are surrounded by snow capped gardens. But exspecially of all you can sit and have a relaxing drink by there large firplace, and it is within walking distance of the city center. And if you don't feel like walking there is a complimentary driver that will take you and pick you up where ever you would like to go. Even yhough we did not ski on this trip it is located directly one block from the main lift of Aspen Mountain. Worth the money! and I look forward to returning. Truly enjoyable =) Patty Columbia, Missouri
“Top Notch”
All the service, quality and beauty you would expect from a St. Regis. If you want a quiet, ask for a room along one of the side streets. (Not that any of the rooms are that noisy.)
“Can't Wait to Go Back!!”
Fantastic upscale retreat in the mountains! Already planning our return trip.
“Best Service Ever”
The service in this hotel was superb. The registration desk, Concierge, Valet, housekeeping staff, and room service were all extremely friendly and all went out of their way to make this stay a delight.
“Elegant hotel in Aspen”
The St Regis was exquisitely elegant and conveniently located, but pricey. Particularly surprised at prices for meals there.
“Dog Friendly Pampering”
This was my first experience in a five star hotel, and I can see how a person could get hooked. It is often hard in Aspen, even in the off season, to find dog friendly hotels. The St. Regis welcomed my mutt with open arms. Every time we left the room, good things happened. A humidifier appeared and was running. The ice bucket kept refilling itself. Luscious dark chocolates were replenished. Tomorrow's weather forecast showed up beside the bed. When I used up all the postcards; more materialized. When it rained, voila, there was an umbrella! Everyone is nice when you have a big-eyed dog at the end of your arm, but nonetheless, we felt incredibly pampered. We will definitely be back.
“Wow!”
Had a great time at this hotel. The service was great. Everybody was very nice and helpfull. I've travelled to many places in the world and this hotel ranks among the best of them!
“Drop-dead Gorgeous--Fantastic Experience”
My wife’s reaction when pulling into the St.Regis was, “You’re not serious?” This hotel will not disappoint. The lobby, bar and lounging area are richly appointed in dark wood paneling with plush leather couches and over stuffed chairs. It’s drop-dead gorgeous. The rooms are equally well appointed: sitting area with desk, comfortable bed with top of the line linens and over-sized marble bathroom. The staff is flawlessly helpful and friendly. The service staff for the breakfast buffet, which was included in our Expedia package (we also got the third night free), was especially warm and friendly. The selections for the breakfast included virtually everything you could possibly want—from eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, French toast, assortment of fresh juices, cheeses, fruit, pastries, bagels, breads, cereals, plus the whole “schmear” for lox and bagels. No charge for parking the car in their garage during our stay. We normally don’t stay at a hotel of this caliber, so this was a real treat for us. This is a top-of-the-line hotel and I highly recommend it.
“Great service all round”
Arrived after a long drive and was very impressed with overall service. Apart from an evacuation due to a fire at 4.30am in which we again were looked after well, I have nothing bad to say against the Hotel and its' staff. Would recommend this hotel for winter and summer breaks.
“Luxury Service”
The service was absolutely outstanding. I would definitely stay there again. We were treated like royalty.
