“NC trip”
Everything from the staff to the cleanliness of the room and the location were perfect.
“Great place, great price”
Only problem we had was that the room never really got warm. We set the thermostat on 72 and it struggled to maintain a 69. It was 17 and blowing snow when we were there, so I can see why it was a problem. However, it did make it a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was awesome. We will DEF go back there again.

The room was very clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable and neat. We only stayed one night, in town for business. I was not sure what to expect because this was the first time I have ever booked through Expedia but I was very impressed. I would stay there again if I was back in town.

Very pleasant stay. Spotless room, lobby and all facilities. Staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Several good restaurants very close by (walking distance). We enjoyed the view looking out our third floor room towards the mountains. We could lay in bed and see a really nice view, however if you walk to the window and look down, there is an older motel that is not very nice to look at. We always felt safe and comfortable in and around the Holiday Inn property. Good value; fair price (even during the Fourth of July weekend) for a quality motel. We will for sure come back to this motel.
“Absolutely no complaints”
The hotel was new & well cared for. Rooms more than met my expations. It is a convenient location (on Tunnel Road strip) but not within walking distance of attractions of Asheville's downtown or Builtmore House. Fortunately parking in downtown area & Builtmore House & shops is convenient. Outback steakhouse is next door & many other familiar chain restaurants are nearby.

This hotel is only about 7 minutes from downtown Asheville, and also very close to an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

the hotel was very clean and the check in desk employees were very nice and helpful with any questions i had. They have a wonderful room service menu, it was over all a wonderful experience. i loved the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. i also loved being VERY near some of my favorite restaurants! very convenient and easy !!!
