My room was on the 2nd floor at the back, so ground level & I was able to park my car right at the door. I could see it being difficult to get out of the driveway, but luckily I left before traffic to the Biltmore Estate started as I was venturing off on the Blue Ridge Parkway

This was a nice hotel with a good location, but don’t arrive at dinner time. It shares a steep driveway with Texas Roadhouse and is difficult to maneuver with so many people coming and going at the same time. On the plus side, our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were able to walk to the nearby Biltmore Village, although walking back we had to navigate a very steep hill.

They took advantage of our poor condition due to frostbite, and even though we made mistakes and tried to correct them, they still made us pay triple for a room at the Clarion. They absolutely suck.

It’s the perfect place for me, a travel nurse. It was convenient and spacious, no smoking in premises, safe, quiet, lots of privacy and near restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast is decent. My tv went out and they were there to fix it rightaway, they replaced it with a new one when they couldn’t fix it, a 50 inch tv at that And this all happened in less than 30 minutes. I stayed there for over a week. Staff were very nice. Place is clean. It’s not the Hilton but they were the best and more than satisfied me for all my needs and more. Plus they are right off the interstate. It’s affordable as well. Excellent and the best for me

I was looking for a place to crash, but found a so much more. My senion-in-high-school daughter and I were there on a trip to tour the local university, and were really just passing through. We'd already stayed at some......so-so places (in the same price range as this Clarion) along our journey, so expectations were low. We were greeted by an exceptionally friendly man who engaged us with a smile, who genuinely seemed to care about how things were going as my daugher was previewing universities, and was happy to help us find a place to eat. If my daughter chooses this college, we will be staying here in the future, without a doublt.

The room was super clean and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and hospitable. There was one pro and con, and they were both the same thing - the Texas Road House next door. Con: You have to drive through their very busy parking lot to get to the Inn. Pro: It is easy to walk to the restaurant. I would definitely stay there again.

For the price, this was one of the nicer rooms I have stayed in, probably ever. The outside looks like a typical motor inn, but the rooms are very spacious and modern, and well appointed. The hotel is very close to the Biltmore estates at the little Biltmore village that has some excellent restaurants and high-end boutiques. All in all, I was pretty impressed with the property. And I am notoriously picky about it hotels!
