“Excellent Service”
The staff was excellent. My son & I have celiac's disease and the staff provided gluten free food we could eat at the continental breakfeast (by request at the front desk). Everyone was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back.
“Excellent hotel for a great rate!”
Great hotel at a Great rate! Very clean, seemed brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable and loved the flat panel tv! The front desk staff were very knowledgable and super friendly. The free breakfast was better than just a continental deal. The belgian waffles and biscuits and gravy were restaurant quality. The hotel is situation by the main roads, its easy to get to, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We definately will stay here if we go back to Asheville.

Check in and out was very easy and quick. Staff personel were nice and knowledgable of the area. Free Breakfast was very convenient. Room was clean. Great deal!
“Ashville's Best”
Great experience and would definantly recommend this to everyone. Very, very clean. I was comfortable taking a tub bath !! Something I have never done before in a hotel. Beds were great and so was the "easy chair".

The hotel is new and very clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite a feast! It was filled with lots of good food. Will definitely stay here again.
“Right Hotel for the Right Price”
Place was perfect. Clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Takes about 10 minutes to drive to the center of Asheville from this hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
“True Guest Service is hard to find!”
I like this hotel very much and we've stayed there twice. We also had to cancel one visit in between, which was supposed to be non-refundable, due to an emergency and they allowed us to cancel the 3 rooms on the reservation. Because of their kindness to us on that issue we will stay with them on every visit we make to Asheville in the future!
“Convenient to everything we wanted to experience”
The staff was friendly, accommodating, even offered to grogery shop for breakfast items for us because of dietary concerns. They also accommodated physical challanges without batting an eyelid. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean. We would stay in this motel again.
“Clean and Updated Comfort”
This was my first time staying at a Comfort Inn and Suites and the one in West Asheville doesn't disappoint. It was a new hotel with nice features such as a double- sink with a marble counter on top of a nice wooden base in the huge bathroom. The sitting suite with its sofa and arm chair were nicely decorated and made the room feel pretty spacious for a studio suite. The king bed was very comfortable and overall a relaxing, spacious room decorated with traditional and modern features. The breakfast offered was also quite good with an extensive array of hot and cold items to satisfy any appetite. Would definitely come back to this hotel!
