“Five 5tars!!”
My husband and I had a great experience. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and catered to our needs. Better than average continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was excellent- very close to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. 5 stars!!

“Great Hotel”
I am the kind of person that really worries about staying in hotels. I guess you could say I am a bit of a clean freak. I am always worried about the state of clean in my hotel room. I saw the reviews for this hotel and while most where really great, there was one or two that left comments that the room was dirty. That worried me a bit......Well let me say my fears were quickly put to rest. The room was really clean...including the bedding. The beds and pillows were so great that my friend and I felt very comfortable and both commented on how they were just as comfortable as the ones we had at home. We were also impressed with the free breakfast. Yea it is a standard complimentary breakfast but they had a lot of different things to choose from and it was all pretty good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would be staying in the Asheville area.
“A very nice place to stay”
Rooms were very nice, but a bit on the small size. Everything else was very good and would stay again when in Asheville.
“Clean, Quiet and Close”
The room was spacious, clean and up to date. My personal problem was that out of eight pillows in the room, they were all so "fat" it was hard to get comfortable. Thankfully, the room was very quiet and the breakfast very adequate for a day of touring at the Biltmore Estate. The proximity to the entrance was terrific
“Don't go against the desk clerk..”
Clerk at time of check-in played a little game, I want you to wait for fifteen minutes to check in.... Don't want to wait? Well let me send you to others rooms with out the proper keys.. Oh too bad you should have waited... See I know best. Funny how they play their games. All with such a sweet smile... If she was on my staff, she would be doing pool duty..She would love the games. But the Hotel was very nice, one of the best on vacation and all the rest of the staff great.

Excellent customer service at the the front desk. Breakfast was ok. Room was fine. Excellent location. I would stay here again.

Picked this hotel for convenience. It was close to Biltmore Estate. We were going to the summer concert series and wanted something as close to the venue beccause it would be late before the show ended. We were very impressed. It was right off I40; easy check in; the room was really nice. the linens were extremely nice. I have stayed at other hotels that cost way more that had rags for sheets & towels.The room was in excellent shape. The pool looked lovely and breakfast was way more than I expected. I have no complaints and it will be my choice when I return to Asheville.
