"how on earth is this 4*. room was very basic with just 1 chair to sit on. there was no drawers to put your clothes in so had to live out of suitcase. We didn't even have tea and coffee making facility in our room. The drain in bathroom kept smelling so had to shut door. they never solved problem just put something down drain to make it smell better. They didn't move us to a different room. TV had no English channels. The sauna they wanted 10 euros each to use. there was nothing to do there at night. breakfast was ok plenty to eat but was same every day. I would not even give them 3* rating. Staff not friendly."

"Not enough space for 2 luggage bags at all! Not a lot of room for clothes. No face cloths!!!! Bathroom door kept shutting. Soap dispenser was broken in shower but quickly replaced."

"The Hotel was Gorgeous! Clean ! Inviting ! Comfortable! The Hostesses spoke several languages. Communication was easy being from the States . The property was well kept! The coffee bar and fresh cucumber and kiwi water was delicious and refreshing! Breakfast buffet was fresh delicious such an assortment of breakfast treats . From fresh breads jams fruits. Veggies Meats cheeses cereals oatmeal’s the list goes on! I can’t say enough good things about this Hotel! And Location is backed up to a river quite safe in a hip new young neighborhood! Great walking biking environment! Highly recommended. Ten minute walk to subway ten minute ride to Frankfurt the people were great awesome stay."

"This hotel was really nice. The lobby was clean and the staff was very helpful, even to a non-native language speaker. The room was larger than I expected. The room had a safe that was easy to operate, built-in bluetooth sound system, nice lighting and a large bed. Plenty of electrical receptacles were available also. The bathroom had a nice shower that was easy to operate and had plenty of hot water. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!"

"I was really impressed by the cleanliness and size of the room, great size bathroom and shower with good water pressure. The air conditioning was not working and the room was incredibly hot. Problem is, being on the first floor the window only opened a tiny amount, not enough to get air in to cool the room down, also facing the main road meant there was too much noise to be able to have the window open at night. Breakfast was pretty basic, but free! So good to fill yourself up before a day of exploring. The hotel is next door to a supermarket and the S Bahn is a 3 minute walk away so conveniently positioned, however, I did not feel particularly comfortable being outside at night with the people who hang around at the tables outside the supermarket and cafe into the early hours. Great room for the cost (minus the air conditioning), just didn't feel very safe being a female travelling solo"
