"The room appeared to be clean and beds well made. But a smell was present, not sure if it was from the carpet or the building itself, it smelled like a basement. Less than half way through the stay, I hear a rodent behind the mini fridge at night. I bring it up to the managers attention in the morning and decided to check out early and cancel the rest of my trip. The lady manager apologized sincerely and assured me it will be addressed and a refund for the remaining days that I paid for and didn't stay. No refund, no calls answered. Then routed to a customer service number that keeps transferring to a checking/booking agent but no customer service or management. Over a week later still no refund and still can't get to a live person to talk to on the phone."
