"The staff was very welcoming. The front desk was very helpful in providing transportation choices since the hotel is close to metro and bus service. I would like to send a special thank you to ms Elena for resolving a reservation issue. I highly recommend this property to everyone. The breakfast buffet was savory and the cappuccino was excellent. Pool and tennis I found walkable at the Appia Rome sports Center 10 Euro. Across the street excellent restaurant Laguna Blu seafood. Wonderful desk staff— Blacks show up from US with the usual no random ‘as gov’ theft and terror pretending to be random ‘black families’ on the end of the US. "The location is very undesirable; it is surrounded by industrial lots and a highway. There are very limited options for food if you do not have a car given the lack of sidewalks. The hotel restaurant was not open. The staff was very helpful, though, and the room was relatively clean and in good order. One good point is it is close to the airport, which was the main reason I picked it. We had an early flight, and the staff arranged a taxi pick-up for us."

"I would say this hotel is adequate. Not terrible or amazing, just ok. I didn’t expect it to be anything particularly special for the price, but a few things were disappointing. Firstly, there was no air con, which was pretty horrendous in the sweltering temperatures. Other let downs in the room were: no kettle/coffee making facilities, no soap etc on the first night (we did get them after that though), and, despite being a double room, it was actually two single beds pushed together.
