Overall an awesome experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely accomedating and professional. Looking forward to my next stay in Ann Arbor!

“GREAT hotel with inadequate wifi signal”

This hotel was great. It was clean and quiet (even on the first floor). The room was comfortable and fresh. The only complaint I had was that the internet signal kept dropping - on for 20 minutes, down for 10. They claimed the system was overloaded with a group of 200 students but it seems like their system should be able to accommodate this if the hotel is large enough to have this many people on site. To be fair, they tried hard to make it better by providing a range booster and resetting the system multiple times. I finally had to leave and go to a nearby coffee shop to work.

“Great experience!”

We found the hotel on Expedia.com and were more than satisfied--indeed, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel and staff were extremely helpful and gracious, despite the fact that it was Christmas Eve. I'm looking forward to a return visit.

“Nice hotel, good price, convenient location”

Got a good deal on-line for a Holiday Inn. Comfortable, good condition, clean. Convenient location right off highway 23 to get to Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti. Nice sports bar. The indoor/outdoor heated pool was fun. Took a swim outside with snow falling.
