“No frills works for me!”
This is a great choice if, like me, you like to have a kitchen available but don't want to pay the moon for the privilege. On the other hand, this motel will only change the sheets/towels if you order and pay extra. I don't need it for my short stay. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean.
“Nice Place”
It was a nice hotel with a nice kitchette and it was clean and relatively comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful.
“Value for the price”
The room was fine for one night and it was nice having a kitchenette, but if you look for amenities like a pool or a breakfast, forget it. The room was clean except for a little dirt on the carpet that the vacuum skipped over. Only one desk clerk so be prepared to wait if anyone else is checking in ahead of you or, in my case, asking about room rates while your wife is waiting in the car in subzero weather as you finger the keys in your pocket!

“Not worth the price”
For the price, this hotel was pretty unremarkable. Housekeeping services only if you pay and the condition of hotel furniture was way underpar (my reclining chair was broken and left permanently reclined). Additionally, the dishes and coffee pot in my room were dirty from previous use...yuck... Nothing says bad housekeeping like smelly dried coffee in the pot, in the percolator and on the spoons. The whole time I was waiting for a cockroach to waltz on by. Fortunately, none materialized.
“Not impressed”
Refrigerator had bad compressor. Noise all night. Alarm clock went off every hour.
“Extended Stay - one night was enough”
We arrived on a Saturday night of Labor Day weekend. Housekeeping was "off" until Tuesday. So who cleaned our room? and who would clean it for guests the next night? The light in the bathroom was burned out which housekeeping would have noticed. We had a lot of trouble getting another florescent tube which we had to install ourselves. Housekeeping must have cleaned in the dark because there was hair in the bathroom that wasn't ours and the floor wasn't clean. Bed sheets were wrinkled/rumpled which made us wonder if it had been changed. And, would it be changed for the Sunday night guest? Front desk - hard to get someone to come register us. Bare bones staff. I don't care if it was a holiday weekend...that's when people travel and hotels should staff for it.
“Will never stay at this hotel again”
I booked two nights at this hotel in NOvember 2009. I absolutely did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The staff was unfriendly, the room was gloomy. I actually checked out afterfirst night there. I will never come back again.
