Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

"The cleaning products they used caused us to have trouble breathing. The wood furniture is gouged, scratch and tore up. The bathrooms are severely outdated and were very small. The AC didn’t work in the rooms and it was hot. The staff was great and accommodating. The grounds were well cared for outside. Even though not a top notch place it seemed clean overall just needed to be maintained better and replace broken items and use less harsh smelling and fumed chemicals for cleaning."

"3rd stay at this hotel and everything was amazing, front staff was pleasant, we had the Lulu robot come to our room twice to bring towels, stayed 3 nights, housekeeping is on request, 2 blocks from disney, will stay again."

"All the benefits of staying at Disneyland without the price tag. Breakfast is amazing! The most variety and biggest hotel complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had. The rooms are older, but clean. Also, the staff is helpful and friendly. You can walk to Disney. You can even watch the fireworks from the upper floors. This is our second stay. We will for sure be back in 2 years."

"The Room had stains on carpet, also along with Walls. The buffet area also had the Chairs stained. When we asked for more Towels some of the big towels were stained, and later on during our stay we asked for bath towels and 3 were stained. We request for our room to be fully cleaned, and on our late return, we had to ask for a vacuum and we cleaned it out ourselves, because there was only one maintenance person taking care of the other requests that the Day crew did not take care of. We checked out early as we found our stay not worth the dirty room and the lack of Quality control. We did talk to management and found them apologetic, but there was a big disconnect between the hotel staff and the cleaning staff. Worst experience ever, for this vacation. Disney should really look into disassociate from this hotel."
Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate

"Room was clean but sparse. Not even tissues provided. VERY basic and even took away the real liquid creamer for powdered. Pool was nice but stairs everywhere being repaired and are sketchy. Water was HOT."

"The location of the hotel was great, right across the street from the Toy Story parking lot. It was easy to get to and from the parks everyday. We didn't really use any of the amenities but the hotel itself looked clean and well maintained. The only complain we had was that we didn't get any house keeping the whole 5 days we were there. Also we could hear the water running from other showers around our room in the middle of the night. We were only in the room to sleep and shower so we made it work. Overall our stay was fine for what we paid."

"Room was clean, no smells, fridge cold, A/C worked well, T.V did not have original remote and could not see info on current channel. Also, no issues with key card. The mattress was fine and good multiple options of the 4 pillows. Room service was quick and friendly. Only minor issues was only one hook to hang a wet towel or a hand towel since the dry towels took the bar, and the T.P. holder did not latch securely that caused the roll to fall on the floor."
