“Amazing view, amazing bay”

This hotel was such a nice suprise! Conca dei Marini is a little bay with a private beach... amazing! Anda it is really close to Grotta Smeraldo. The hotel is sweet, the breakfast is served in a room with a wonderful view, the bedrooms are clean, confortable, if you´re by car, there is a parking (which is really important in the roads of Amalfi Coast) And you can reach Positano and Amalfi by bus, cause there is a bus stop almost in front of the hotel. We strongly recommend this hotel!!!! I hope I´ll return soon!

“Was really sad to leave, had an amazing holiday”

The location of this hotel was just right, only 4 km from Amalfi and was central to the all Amalfi coast beautiful towns. The staff of the hotel were more than helpful, very welcoming and made our stay all the better. The hotel itself is close to a very small beach which from what I gathered from our stay, not many places are, though I would say beaches in the area are not sand and recommend some sort of jelly shoes if you want to avoid sore feet walking on the not so smooth pebbles! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

“Great location, service and price! A must stay!”

The view from our terrasse was breathtaking. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast room since it was large by European standards and had a great view over the ocean. The room was very clean. Marcello the owner was a good host and great help. He knew how to help us on every occasion we needed him. He even arranged to have a slow leak fixed on our car tire within minutes. The beach at Conca dei Marini was small but quaint and peaceful.The restaurents by the beach were very good and always available to receive you personnally. The sports bar up the cliff has a car service and was always available to come get us. Family run with great service, affordable prices and typical italian style food. The Hotel was located right next to the bus stop so we had no problem going to other towns along the coast. We recommend driving in and leaving the car at the Hotel for the rest of the time. We stayed there 5 days and could have stayed a little longer to visit all the little towns along the coast.

Excellent hotel exceeding 3 stars and conveniently located between Sorrento and Amalfi on the main Amalfi "mamma mia" drive. Fantastic panoramic views from breakfast lounge and bedroom balcony. Very nice buffet style breakfast with cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit, croissants and coffee served till 10.30am. Disapointed as web site stated there is a restaurant/bar in hotel for evening meal and drinks; no evening meal or bar available but plenty close by so not a problem. Staff helpful and will arrange excursions for you to Capri, Pompei and herculanum. Bus stop just outside hotel. Excellent SITA bus service from one end of coast to the other; cheap, regular and punctual. Small intimate beach reached by steps at side of hotel. Gorgeous italian cuisine served at beach side bar. Hotel easy to reach. If you arrive at Naples airport there is an airport bus just outside that takes you to Sorrento; takes approx just over 75 minutes to Sorrento. On arrival to Sorrento get off bus and walk down some steps and the SITA bus stop for Amalfi is situated on the coner. The bus takes approx 60 minutes to reach the hotel . If you tell the driver you want Le Terezze hotel in Conca De Marini he will drop you where you want to be. The trip is nice and simple but the bus drive around the coastal road is a bit of a hairraising jourrney if done for the first time. The SITA bus drivers have to commended for their skillful driving!! EXCELLENT HOILDAY. We will be returing.

“Le Terrazze Hotel”

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the views were breath-taking. There is a slight lack of atmosphere because there is no bar area or evening restaurant in the hotel but this isn't the end of the world - it just means that the lobby is a bit quiet. My only criticism would be that the walls, floors and ceilings are not very thick so we were occasionally disturbed by other guests. This certainly didn't spoil our holiday though and we didn't bother to complain because there's not really anything that the hotel owner can do about it (other than re-build I guess!) There is a steep path from the hotel down to a very pleasant little cove where you can hire sunbeds (although be warned - they are very expensive!) In the cove there are also two very nice restaurants both serving great seafood. Other than the cove mentioned above Conca Dei Marini itself doesn't have a great deal to offer tourists so you need to drive along to Amalfi or Positiano to find bars, restaurants, bigger beaches etc. But Amalfi and Positano are both noisy and busy - if you're looking for somewhere quiet and little bit away from the main tourist spots then this hotel is perfect. We had a great time and very much enjoyed gazing out over the sea from our balcony and watching the boats go by.

“Not impressed”

Overall is a very basic hotel. It offers you just a clean room ( which is meant to be offered anyway) and nothing else. It doesn't have a bar nor a restaurant to relax in the evening, and it is 10min by car to Amalfi and 20 min by car to Positano. If you don't have a car you can go nowhere on foot. The bus stop is just outside of the hotel, which is convenient though. The rooms have absolutely no amenities, so no fridge for water and no bar to buy water in the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor. The maintenance of the hotel is also poor. The first night we were given the worst room in the hotel, which smelt mould. The behaviour was quite weird. The owner made us feel quite uncomfortable. He is not rude, but he has the attitude "be careful, i am watching you". He hardly smiles. Overall, if you want just a clean room to sleep and nothing else it is ok. The beach wasn't very good and the restaurants around it even worse. Amalfi is a great place to visit, but if you want my opinion either stay at Positano, Amalfi or Sorrento. Conca dei Marini is not a good spot.
