"Lovely, historic hotel in the heart of Avignon. Staff was excellent! Very walkable location to stroes and restaruants.. When I checked in I was told that breakfast was included but when I checked out I was charged for each day. The breakfast was rather minimal and the eggs were always cold. Otherwise ths is a very nive place to stay. "

"It was a very nice hotel. Close to everything! The room is by a busy street which can get very loud at night. Bath towels were not replaced and coffee cups were not washed. "I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "

"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting.
