"I feel this particular property has declined a bit. We stayed 3 nights. Room was never cleaned. We put towels in hallway as directed - they were not replaced. Had no towels at all, try calling front desk they don’t answer. Had to go there at 10pm after a long day to ask for some. The lighting in the room and bathrooms are entirely too dim. Breakfast is not how I remembered it in the past, but there are just sooo many people with all the school trips I guess they do their best. I just feel that housekeeping could have gone into my room to at least give us new towels since they clearly picked up the ones we left outside the door, yet they didn’t and never came in once to even empty waste baskets."
